Every great Persian meal is made complete with Maast Khiar, a refreshing yoghurt and cucumber dip that is a staple of our cuisine. Simple yet sublime, this creamy side dish is made with thick, cooling yoghurt, finely grated cucumbers, and is traditionally flavoured with fragrant dried mint.

Ingredients: Yoghurt (50%), Cucumber (45%), Mint (3%), Garlic (1%), Salt and pepper (1%).
