Every great Persian meal is made complete with Maast Khiar, a refreshing yoghurt and cucumber dip that is a staple of our cuisine. Simple yet sublime, this creamy side dish is made with thick, cooling yoghurt, finely grated cucumbers, and is traditionally flavoured with fragrant dried mint.

Ingredients: Yoghurt (50%), Cucumbers (45%), Dried Mint (3%), Garlic (1%), Salt (0.5%), Pepper (0.5%).
