Persian Baklava Cake

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (25%), Sugar (25%), Yoghurt (12.5%), Vegetable Oil (12.5%), Eggs (12.5%), Rosewater (3%), Baking Powder (Less than 1%), Saffron Infusion (Less than 1%), Cardamom (Less than 1%) and Garnish (Desiccated Coconut, Ground Pistachios, Cardamom, Dried Rose Petals).
