Tahchin

"Tahchin" is essentially a Persian layered rice casserole famous for its signature crispy, bright golden crust, which is formed on the bottom of the pot.

It is often served inverted, revealing the beautiful saffron-colored crust—the most prized part of the dish, known as tahdig (which means "bottom of the pot").

Ingredients: Rice, Chicken, Yoghurt, Eggs, Tomato Paste, Capsicums, Barberries, Vegetable Oil, Saffron Infusion, Salt, Pepper.
